Hi,


My AC Condenser fan for my 2008 Honda Civic Sedan (Automatic) hasn't been coming on lately (the fan on the right when viewed from the front of the engine)

I tested the relays and fuses and they work fine....however, when my dad and I applied voltage to the connector, it had no voltage and it's funny, I am wondering what is wrong with it.


I then found the following part and took a picture of it:

Could anyone tell me what that black box is and if it's a replaceable relay or give clues as to why my condenser fan isn't getting any voltage?
