Rep Power: 0 Found this rubber valve piece in my stock air intake
Does anyone know what this is in This picture? I have a 2009 civic si with stock air filter and a drop in k&n filter. When I opened the air filter I saw this piece. What is it and where does it go? Any help? Thanks.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Side view?
Sample measuring item?
Looks similar to .. like would be found on a caliper bleeder or a sealed pipe.
Clutch slave cyl bleeder still has its cap on it?
Go look, I'll wait.
Is the intake snorkel sticking out of the drivers fender, right next to the battery?
I have seen the blue paper towels you find at a gas station left on top of the battery that got sucked through and landed in the filter box.

OH NOW I KNOW WHAT THAT IS!!!
That's the cap that covers the trans case vent tube. You need to put that back on.
