so is the progress mounting kit "better" than the stock one i have? I have a stock mounting kit right? 'cause i have a 02 EX
if the progress mountain kit is better, i might probably get that too later...is it possible to get all parts that fits both mounting kits? ^_^

Check out my rear sway bar DIY (it's linked from the DIY thread in my signature). That explains it best. Basically, the Progress mounting kit provides a mounting point on the rear lower control arms for a rear sway bar. Your '02 EX already has this mounting point, so there's no need to buy the Progress Mounting kit.
The Progress Mounting kit does allow for some adjustment though, so in a way it's a little better than the stock mounting points. It also comes with endlinks, so you're covered there too. Although I offer endlinks to replace the ones that the Progress mounting kit ships with. IMO mine are better.
You can add the Progress Mounting kit to your '02 EX, but you'de have to shave off the mounting points that you already have. Plus it's heavier that those mounting points, so that's not a good thing. It also mounts the endlinks up a little higher than stock, so you might have clearance issues with exhausts and what not. Then again, it does adjust...

Nice. Thank you.
I tried posting a while back, but my threads got deleted.
I think that my product is actually something that the people of ClubRSX.com could benefit from (I.E. my endlinks being cheaper and of equal quality to the Hotchkis). Anyway, thanks again! I hope this does generate some business for me. I better not post in that thread on ClubRSX.com though, or else they might delete it again.

I know this is a longshot, but my friend says he can make me a set.
This is kinda ****ed up to ask, but would you be willing to pm me with the specs on your endlinks?
I just need a set for myself and I swear I wouldnt start slanging them on the side. After I have my set I wouldnt be interested in them anymore.

Not sure... just looked for what I wanted and grabbed it.
Its probably not the geatest quality material, but I checked them earlier today, still intact and as tight as it was when I first hooked it up.
Since the day i put them on I havent put a wrench to them one time.

thats cool - i was just curious because if you do some agressive driving etc you may want to keep an eye on them because hotchkis/grey's are grade 8 metal i believe and i was even able to snap a hotchkis endlink so be careful !!

Grey,
Received them yesterday in the mail. I'm still waiting for my Progress sway/tie bar, but I really must say these endlinks look well engineered and sturdy. Awesome buy. Everybody should get these.
Any suggestions on the type of grease to put on them?

Got them installed, but couldn't find a good grease yet.
Good thing for me, I live in SoCal.
I've had them on for about 5 days, but I've been noticing some noise. It could be from the sway bar hitting my stock muffler. We'll see tonight when I get a chance to get under my car. I'll also be greasing everything down.
Will update tonight/tomorrow, but if anybody was wondering, these endlinks went on great, and really make the stockers pale in comparison!

Mine were the same way. I'm working on yet another version that seems to be quieter still. The downside is that it NEEDS to be greased up. I'll post pics soon...
Sorry to dig up an old thread...but needless to say not having a rear sway bar due to endlink breakage SUCKS for AutoXing.....even WITH 16k rear spring rates....
SO....
Grey....ARE THESE STILL IN PRODUCTION/FOR SALE?!?!? How soon can you make them/ship them out? I'll need them by Wed. the 22nd at the latest....?
HELP?!?!?

I have them ready to ship out. I can ship them out tomorrow if I receive payment today or tomorrow morning. I use Priority Mail, so they would get to you the 22nd or the 23rd (depending on how far away you are from me)...
Let me know...
