2014 Civic LX - Adding second FM antenna

The best, at this time only, solution to get HD radio in my 2014 Civic LX is to use a JVC KTHDPK1 and connect it through the AUX input. I had one in my 1998 Accord and it worked flawlessly.

I will need a second antenna just for the JVC. I plan to use a Metra® - Micro Screen AM/FM Antenna from CARiD.

Questions:
Where is the best place to put this second antenna?

Where is the factory antenna located?

I want to ensure I don't put it near or on top of the factory antenna. I don't want to mess with the factory wiring in any way.

Thank you.

Ed S.

Thank you. So my plan of putting the second antenna along the top of the front window should be good.
