2007 civic EX trunk rattling

2007 civic EX trunk rattling
I recently had my sound system installed, it's just a JL12w3, 300 watt sub.
The trunk rattles when certain lows hit, I was wondering if anyone had a good suggestion for this, or if maybe verify that a dynamat trunk install would solve this issue?
I plan on putting a lot more power in that trunk, and I wouldn't care about the rattling if I couldn't hear it on the inside of the car.
I already shoved cut up t-shirts and old socks under the rear speakers to stop that piece from rattling which worked, and messed around with my license plate to get that to stop.
