I was cleaning my tires and I notice this wire hangin and I have no clue what it is maybe you guys might know.

man, i love ur car, but i hate these pics, its like my eyes wont focus, or ive had too many beers, a clearer pic would help, but try following it to its source....

It has a HONDA plug on it.

It kinda looks like the plug for the washer fluid pump. Was it in the front?

If this is case wire colors should be White/Blue and Black.
