Changing rear drums into disk?

Is there a kit to purchase to change the rear drums of a 04 civic ex into some disk brakes. The drums are really looking like crap through my new wheels. I would also like to stop better.

There is no kit. A bunch of people have done the swap, use the search button at the top of the screen to find a list of parts needed, and read up on some pplz thoughts and stuff.
