Oh man, you should have the crank pulley that has a bunch of holes around it for the spanner.
The crank bolt should be torqued to 134 ft-lb so I would think an impact gun would zip it right out, but they also take a lot of power to break them loose after they have been run for a long time too.
Wimpy air compressor? Got 150+ PSI?
You need LEVERAGE,
We use the handle from the floor jack as a cheater pipe.
And the bolt comes out lefty-loosey. Make sure you aren't trying to tighten it.
Some ideas:
Possible have someone hold the crank by shoving a prybar into the flywheel teeth, then use a breaker bar on the crank bolt...
If a manual trans with a GOOD clutch, put it in 5th gear and have someone stand on the brake while you try to break the bolt loose.
Pull out the #1 spark plug, roll the crank so that piston is at the very bottom of the hole and set it up to make absolutely sure that the valves on this cylinder are going to stay closed for the next move (this could bend a valve if it is open so plan this out very carefully).......then stuff a pile of nylon rope into the cylinder until it is FULL. Now use the breaker bar on the crank bolt. (just get it broke loose, you will still need to turn the crank back to get the rope out of the cylinder). The rope should keep the crank from turning after you get it squeezed real tight with the piston....

Re: crank bolt pully dont have the hex shape in the middle
Thanks man ill try to find the other crank pulley holder. I actually have the head off cause I blew the head gasket so I took it to work and had it shaved. So I figured that since I had the head off and was basically looking at the water pump I should go ahead and change it. But I wanted to ask you this if I have a automatic and I put it in drive and have someone hold the bake will it do the same as a 5 speed?

I guess you are down to trying to stick a prybar in the teeth of the flywheel (ring gear) or get a stronger impact gun or more air pressure for it.
Or wait until you can set the head back on it.
