I have a 98 coupe and ordered headlights off Ebay for it. I was trying to install them and found out they are not %100 right. where the fender meets the light is not the same shape, is this common? I added a pic for reference.

I thought the 6thgen underwent a facelift for the 99-00 models, much like the 7thgen did for the 04-05s, just not as drastic a change.

That said, I believe the eBay headlights you got may be for the 99-00

looks like the bottom light is a 96-98 and the top is a 99-00. Either you have the wrong lights or someone before you did a front end swap. You have a pic of the front end of your car? with the bumper?

Front end. If I need different lights I'll just get new fenders. My stock ones are banged up anyways.

I believe the facelift includes the bumper, grill, and fenders at least -maybe even the hood but I don't own a 6th gen. You should figure that out before you decide what you would like to do.

yea that is a 99-2000 front end, you will need a hood, grill, fenders, and bumper cover.

might be cheaper to just have the lights replaced for 99-00 style, I think the 99-00 front end is nicer a lot more aggressive wider and sleeker looking.

I got ahold of the people on Ebay that sold me the headlights. They sent me a return label for free and gave me %100 of my money back so I found the correct lights and ordered the.
