VTEC Question

Is it normal to have my VTEC kick in at 5500 rpm, or is there something wrong?

on 01-05, it should kick in at 4500 rpms, when the engine is warmed up, oil psi is normal, speed is above 15mph, and throttle is floored.

yeah yeah it seems high but it is when it kicks in.. 5500.. nothing wrong just how the car is
