Question about '99 stock Si's
Do they come with rims from the factory, or hubcaps? I had a black civic with complete si badging, but only hubcaps to cover the small wheels, trying to pick on me today, but there was a lot of traffic 
. Anyhow, he goes to my friend's school, so it is likely we will meet again and I was wondering if I could give him a good run or not

Rep Power: 0 The sleeper idea crossed my mind, but he was doing the ricer thing, kissing my back bumper, high revs when behind a minivan.... you know. Thanks for the info.

Another thing to look for is the color matched body pieces and the lower color matched front lip and side skirts. You can also check out the interior, cluster, etc. There are many details. He could've very well been an EX or something and just bought the Si badge and DOHC VTEC stickers for the sides.
