2003 civic ex not reving pass 4k rpm

Good morning,
I'm haven't a little problem with my car. The car isn't reeving pass 4k rpm. I recently replace the vtech solenoid, Solenoid Assy., Linear, Solenoid Assy., Shift, Sensor Assy., Map and i think it's now in limp mode is what I've seen people say on youtube and if so, how do I get out of limp mode? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

Ok. I'll do that now. Oil level looks good. Transmission oil also looks good. And it's still acting up the same.

Maybe that's why I haven't gotten a check engine light. I'll scan it later and keep you posted. Thx again.

vtech solenoid, Solenoid Assy., Linear, Solenoid Assy., Shift, Sensor Assy., Map
I bet all those weren't cheap.
I also bet none of them were really needed.

I see that code quite often. The vtec solenoid is RARELY at fault.

Got FF data to post?

Re: 2003 civic ex not reving pass 4k rpm

I found the cause of the limp mode. There's a exact single plug that was plugged under neither the intake manifold that I swapped with the vtec solenoid and now my vtec hits hard. Lol... thanks guys. You guys are the best!!!
