99% of the time the blower power transistor is faulty.
You can take it out and apart and measure the thermal fuse inside it. If the fuse is open circuit, it's bad.

Measure the blower motor amperage draw, excess amps can blow it.
Replace the pair of cabin filters too, poor airflow makes the transistor overheat..
Or sometimes they just go because it's time to go.

Disconnect the power transistor.
Turn the ignition on.
Jumper the 2 fat wires in the connector (blue/black to black), the blower fan should run. Does it?

With the key ON: Is there B+ at the fan connector? (blue/white wire)

Dash fusebox, fuse 14, 10 amps
Engine compartment fusebox has the
relay for the blower
and fuse #12, 40 amps (square fuse).

Grasp the blower relay case while someone else repeatedly turns fan switch on/off and you should feel an bump in relay when doing so.
