i have a built d17 and i am looking to rev it out to like 8200 or 8500(where ever it stops making power) from what i heard the oil pumps in these things suck and cant get the oil up there fast enough....anyone know if there is a pump i can swap in there or any modifications i can do to the stock one....

This car makes peak power near redline (6800 RPM) and it starts to fall off dramatically after that.

I believe the fuel cutoff is near 7200 RPM so you won't be going anywhere near 8k. You would have found that out if you ever went north of 7k which is why no one is responding.

* I'm not trying to be an *** - just saying you won't be able to get that high and the motor stops making peak power long before.

yes it does with the stock cam.... i have a stage 3 so 7000 is where the effiency range of the cam is begining.....also i have k-pro so there is no fuel cut.. good try though but if u dont have an ideas about oil recirculation then just keep it to yourself...*not trying to be an ***
