Seriously man, without flaming ya, make all your partners go out to the track with you! It is a great scene and you will be able to go ***** out! I wasnt sure about paying money to go drag a strip two or three times in a night against people that could eat my car for breakfast, but it turned out that I learned alot from the guys out there... And smoked a couple people I wasnt expecting too while I was at it! It's a great place for alot of reasons and if ya take some homies with ya its even better! Im telling ya, once you try it, youll be going back the next track day!

And besides... The track will tell you the true story of your Mods! Times, mph, everything! We all own Civics here, and we all respect each other because of that. But when one person in a vic makes a mistake in a race on the street, it makes us all look bad. Get your dates down on track days at your local raceway, and when someone hits you up on the street, give em the date and place. It is actually kind of intimidating! First time it happened to me I thought, "****, this guy go's to the track every day!!!".

Seriously listen to everyone else on the thread. I'm 18 and at first I wanted to mod up the Civic with a turbo, suspension, rims, you know the whole get up. Then I realized that its just a Civic and not worth it. Just enjoy the reliability of the car, I beat kids out of the parking lot everyday, not because my Civic is fast, but because it starts everytime unlike there mustangs and beamers.
