Smile ebrake

i have an 03 honda civic lx sport and want to change my ebrake to a nice one... can you suggest one with a boot........ the only one i have found so far is the the 200.00 momo..pieces...

That's all I've found also. I was looking into upgrading the e-brake and didn't find much, either, when it came to aftermarket. I think the best thing to do would be to take off the stock lever and plastic pieces to expose and really learn how the mechanism works. After you get a good feel for how everything is working in there I would order a boot+lever off of ebay or a comparable model car.

When it comes down to it, it seems like it wouldn't be worth the time or money to get that little lever looking top notch unless it truly was a finishing piece. Personally, I would much rather put that effort into something that would make a bigger difference.
