k20a3 i got offered to buy a k20a3 with 5 speed tranny and harness for 1800. what do you guys think? should i do it? what if i got it with the 6 speed tranny?
and aside from that which k20 motor is the best for boost?

i told him no... and then he comes out with this deal: the motor and a six speed tranny for $1500.. cant i just swap to the a2 head and make the same amount of power?

it has supposedly under 30k... no ecu.. and the k20a3 is the si motor that come with 160hp... it doesnt even have a real vtec... thats why i was wondering about the headswap...

nope i was wrong, hondata flashed a3 makes quite a bit MORE torque and hp than stock a2.
from hondata.com both engines are manuals tested on dyno. unless you get to 6-7k rpms, the a2 loses.
