whats the easiest way to get about 15-20kw out of a D17 engine without breaking the bank (no turbo and no k20 swap) ?

k-pro... easily the single best mod you can get, and it allows you to tune any future mods for the most power possible. but no matter what you do, you won't see huge gains without paying for it. hp isnt cheap no matter which way you cut it.
