Resetting ECU?

Im only getting about 475-500kms on a tank its a 4 Door Civic Sedan DX and its about 65% high way and 35% city driving and its only got a subwoofer and a short ram air intake installed. Thoes are my only mods to the car and I was told that for a civic that was very low and many people wer eupp in the 600 range(km's) so i was wondernig how i could reset the ECU to co-op with my installed Intake?

Only problem is im not shore what the KM's i was getting before I installed the intake but i remember hitting like 1100 or so few times before when we had the Trip KMs.
