fuel rail...

does anyone know the fuel bore of a stock civ ex coupe fuel rail and how much deviation is it from the AEM fuel rail? i plan on installing my NX kit soon and i didn't want to tap the fuel line for fuel, so i was thinking of the getting the AEM fuel rail and tapping the fuel from that instead. my friend said that if the stock fuel rail was close to the fuel bore of the AEM, i could just bore out the stock fuel rail and use that instead. the only thing is that i would still have to tap the fuel line for fuel. it would save me some cash, i think, depending on the bore deviation. any thoughts?

The AEM fuel rail has a nitrous port, no tapping involved.

okay...what i meant to say was i want to "get" the fuel from the AEM port instead of splicing my fuel line and getting it there. but if the only advantage of the AEM fuel rail is that it's bigger than i can just port out the stock fuel rail and splice the fuel line for the NX kit instead of spending 134 beans plus shipping for something that i can get for cheaper. nawmeans? comments?

IDQcivic should not be trusted
Just so you know the AEM fuel rail isn't out yet, I guess there were some problems with it so they postponed it...
