Passenger Window
I have tried searching with no luck. Maybe someone can help.
Is it possible to make your passenger side window have the auto down feature like the drive side does?

Well some of the new cars have a one click down and a one click UP!!! I don't see why it isn't possible, but you might need some relays and a new button. Maybe other people can figure it out, i am not to technically inclined!

VW has auto up and down on all 4 windows... It's the biggest pain in the *** to get it to stop somewhere in the middle. I haven't taken apart the door in the Civic, but my old car has a different controller for the driver window, so if it's the same way, get a driver side window controller and hook it to the passenger button. Auto Down Good
, but I hate auto up...

why not just go to a parts site like majestichonda.com or something and get a second drivers side button and power window setup and just wire that to the passenger side? i mean in theory that should do it, right? the doors are the same, and i dont think it should really matter that much that its on the opposite site...or does it? maybe mount it turned around? i dunno...just brainstorming, i havent (and not planning) on taking apart my doors to see how that thing works. I don't think it's possible.... my guess is that the car's computer (??) won't know what to do because it wasn't programmed for it..... ??
you understood it right..

I think it is possible. I want to do this as well. I think you could use another auto button so that it lights up nicely. Plus I think you might need some sort of electronics that are in that little black box that's under the switches. I'll take it out today and take some pics. Maybe I'll figure it out... If there's a sensor of some sort in the door that tells it when to shut off the power, then that will suck. However, if the sensor is actually within that little black box, then it shouldn't be a problem.
DUCT TAPE!!!!!!!!!!! Just keep a piece on your dash, and when you wanna roll down the window just put a strip on your finger and press REALLY hard

...ok...maybe not robbclark1 is correct. The divers side and passengers side window switches are different. In order to make the passenger side like the drivers side, you need to figure out your relay system and convert the passenger side to the exact same as the drivers unless honda was smart and put the relays the same way which in that case you can just get another drivers side switch. But I doubt honda would make it that easy. good luck.

i think the auto down has a delay timer (plus some current sense) to allow the window to fully move down...a simple 555 timer (with some external circuitry as well) would do the trick...
