stock exhast clanking?

stock exhast clanking?
Is this possible?
I have lowered my 01 ex sedan on neuspeed sports and 215/45/17 tires. Whenever i turn left going at a "fast" speed i hear the clank from the rear passenger wheel. I can move the exhaust around with a little force and make it clank a metal piece above it (when in park), but I don't know if it's the same noise. anyone have a this problem?
