damn dave your EVIL!!!!!!!! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] , diy is simple just cut holes and use tie straps to hold them to your car, wiring is the only part ya got to worry about, im sure if ya search theres something on wiring

The instructions you get w/ a neon kit is really easy and simple.
But if you don't get a kit, the wiring is pretty simple. just wire all the +'s together and wire all the -'s to a common ground.
Then put a switch on the +'s or just leave them connected to the battery and you can be ultra cool man who always has his neon's on.
