Rep Power: 0 Clicking Sound Coming from Front Right Wheel Well
Whenever I take a right hand turn at low speeds I get a clicking sound throughout the turn originating from my front right wheel well. The car has 2500 miles on it. I remember reading a few threads about noise coming from there but I could not locate them again on the search. Anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a solution...I'd rather not have to bring it to the dealer and find out its nothing...
Thanks
Thanks

Rep Power: 0 i had same problem,(after 2inch drop on car)for about 2 weeks, it gradually went away. so if you recently lowered your car id give the springs time to settle. if you havent lowered then id take it to the dealer

Rep Power: 0 Here's what most of the threads had discussed almost a year ago about this noise... (paraphrasing)
The noise is from the brake pads not seated tightly in the caliper. I personally started noticing this around the 3k mile mark, and has yet to go away. I only notice the noise when car jars forward or backward enuf to have to pad reajust it's self.
Honda has acknoldged the issue and said the fix was to insert folded up business cards to fill the gap. Yes, business cards!
I went to my dealer to have it fixed, they come back and told me that it is a commonly reported issue with most Honda vehicles and doesn't require any service on their part, because it's not something that affects the proformance or operating conditions of the car.
Try getting some new pads (AEM/Nissan) or do the business card thing. I remember some members did that and it fixed the problem.

Rep Power: 0 Same noise here. I've taken it to two different Honda dealers to have it checked out, both told me it was my springs (Gold Lines 1.5" drop). The last honda dealer also told me that my exhaust piping was also rubbing pretty bad. I have a way of fixing the exhaust problem, don't know about the springs. I'm going to see what the guy who put them in for me says.
Just my 2 cents.

Rep Power: 0 mine did the same thing but it only did it when i was giving it gas around a turn. ended up being a loose shift fork and honda just replaced the whole tranny @ 2000 miles becasue they didn't know what caused it. prolly had something to do with all my 2nd scratches.

Rep Power: 0 lets not get too carried away now...honda has a bulletin for leaky CV boots....i was one of them, my front right rubber CV boot came untighend and was slinging axle grease everywhere...take it to honda and tell them to look at the CV joint and CV boot, dont tell them its a clicking noise, b/c theyll give you that "we cant do anything because of the aftermarket suspension products" bullsh*t so trus me, it wont cost n e thing, so its worth a try

Rep Power: 0 if you have GC coilovers, raise car, oil the upper ring(top and bottom), the washers(all of them), and the top of the adjustable ring. also go to the place where they were installed and tell them to put the lock lugs in place(allen wrench screws) to hold the sleeve in place and keep it from turning when you make a turn. it worked for me. no more clicking or sqeaking.

Rep Power: 0 I don't think that is the problem for me becuase my steering wheel shakes when I hear that loud noise. It sounds like my rim is going to come off. My friend told me that I need to replace all the studs becuase they are going bad.
