Air nibbler
Mig welder
tin snips
Variouse files
Bench grinder
needle nose pliers
Drill press
die grinder with cut off wheel
Supplies....
20 ga sheet metal
3/16" steel rod
Metal cast paint for purple
some sort of green metalic auto touch up paint for stem
tape
Tools i used....
Air nibbler
Mig welder
tin snips
Variouse files
Bench grinder
needle nose pliers
Drill press
die grinder with cut off wheel
Supplies....

Ok quick DIY!
Tools i used....
Air nibbler
Mig welder
tin snips
Variouse files
Bench grinder
needle nose pliers
Drill press
die grinder with cut off wheel
Supplies....
20 ga sheet metal
3/16" steel rod
Metal cast paint for purple
some sort of green metalic auto touch up paint for stem
tape
Draw some random patterns that resemble picture
#1

cut patterns and clean up edges, then drill hole thru center of each pattern to same size as rod used for stem
#2

stack each pattern on the top of the stem and spot weld each as you stack
#3

#4

start to stand up one petal at a time and bend to the shape you desire
#5

Finished forming, and ready for paint!

Well the first sold one my brother bought for an undisclosed amount
But i think im going to ask $50-75 range depending on volume and detail work
