DIY auxillary wiring for a '93 LX

I am in need of a 15V, 0.6A current running into my passenger and driver side doors. Someone recommended running a new circuit starting at the fuse block in the engine bay.

...

Hence my problem. I'm assuming this entails fully removing the front dash, fair enough, but beyond that I'm lost. What gauge wire? Where to connect it? How to connect a fuse into the circuit? And most importantly, the best way of getting it from the bay into my doors.

If anyone had the time, patience, and resources to give me some step-by-step instructions or even a full DIY (pictures or references would be AMAZING) I would very much appreciate it and give some Rep
