Chasis damaged?

Ok guys....as some of you may know on here I am in the end process of my Brembo conversion. The rear is tucking a small amount of tire which is no good for the camber angles I wish to run for road-racing. The Buddy Club N+ suspension I am running is obviously for the RSX chasis. I tried raising it but can't seem to get it high enough to not tuck tire. My buddy was saying that the RSX fender lines are much larger which may be one of the causes as to why I can't raise the car enough. On another note, my left side does sit slightly lower than the right even with me height adjusting more on the left side. My car was involved in an accident some time ago, but two shops have inspected and didn't see any chasis damage. I know our em2's sit slightly lower, but is this still present with stiffer struts and a k-swap (motor on right side)??? Any information would be appreciated before I have this beast towed to another body/alignment shop in order to have another chasis inspection....

I have to use the RSX struts because I have the Integra Type-R full conversion including LCA's/Knuckles/Calipers/etc. for both the front and rear. EP3 wouldn't be able to work.

Nope.....the rear trailing arm bracket is larger. The EP3 design is just like the the stock em2 strut setup. It has about a 1/4" play on both sides. I have to use DC5 struts......I have my buddy coming by today to inspect it and what not. He thinks he may know what the problem is because his RSX had the same problem......I'll keep you guys posted.

on the n+ you actually have to take the entire coilover off to raise it. you set your height b4 you put em on the car the collar locks or w.e are for spring rate and the inside peice turns for the ride height search on club rsx for buddy n+ they have install instructions and adjusting ride height on them they are totally different then regular coilovers

Generaly speaking, when you raising your coilovers the height if the car should increase, unless you're at the highest of yout shok, so it cant extend any higher.
Also, as said before, in some coilovers the strut itself needed to be raised for car to be raised, just moving spring ajustment to higher level will result in increades spring compression.
Go to Buddy club website to read on the product ot to www.clubrsx.com for actual people experience.
Good luck!

I'd say pull them off the car and make sure they're level. Then make sure that the parts you put in (knuckles, etc.... ) are straight and not bent causing the issue, as well as setting the ride height off the car so they're even. Not being familiar with that setup, I have no idea if its 2 collar or 3 collar but if they're 2 collar, just buy longer springs. If they're 3 collar and you're out of upward travel, well then your screwed.

Yeah....I had to take apart the entire strut to adjust the height. I still have some fine tuning needed for the ride height, thanks guys!
