Rep Power: 0 Raise the rear part of the hood. Do the hood spacer trick. Use about 3/4in of spacer. You then can use the intake. It does work. I had it for a while. You can really hear the 'spooling-whistling' sound.

Rep Power: 0 my friends car sounds awesome for sure from the spacer and he said that he noticed a little more power. I drove his car before and after and I agree with him but it is definately minimal. Its pretty sweet though for 40 bucks....theres no harm in doing it thats for sure.
anyone know if cutting the intake down would affect performance of intake??
rockhound....................
I like the sounds of that man thanks. Id like to avoid the cutting if i could. SO what do you mean about raising the hood?? how do I go about doing that?
Cheers!

Rep Power: 0 I doubt cutting the pipe would do anything. There might be a problem trying to attach the rubber to it if it is too close to the elbow.
