Does anyone know the best setup for it for our cars? Wet, dry, how much of a shot?

From what i have found on this site, a dry shot is the best. 35 or 50, but nothing more unless you mod your engine to handle it.

like intake header and exhaust or internal engine work.

What kind of internal work are you going to do. Intake, header and exaust are really the mods we can do right now besides Nitrous.
