Rep Power: 788 just swap it out. you gotta bluid alot on the d17 and spend more money than everything for the swap, just to have equal or less hp.

Rep Power: 0 SHAMELESS PLUG OR GOOD ADVICE, YOU DECIDE:
You should just buy my turbo kit. It will be cheaper, faster and easier than any of those other choices. Oh, and less down-time for your car while it's being installed.

Rep Power: 0 K20 vs D17. no contest.
K20A or A2 is nice, A if you have a little more money and want something hardcore JDM with LSD...mmmm...
Or, with the money your going to invest in parts and labour and time, you can put a down payment on a faster car..

Rep Power: 0 you better have about 7400 lined up to do it, if your going to do it. I hate posers who are all talk and are like "Dude that would be bad As$ to do this." Just Do It! dont ask! I have no regrets!
K20A is the best choise unless you do a k20A2 with a K20A Tranny/lsd and a kpro.

Rep Power: 0 K20TXEM2 is giving you an accurate price for the cost of his type r swap. I am giving you the exact price for the K20A3 swap, because thats what it cost me to buy that motor and the exact price for the swap I got from Hybrid Racing. www.hybrid-racing.com Then I went with a different setup, so naturally the swap is running me more money.
