hi flow cat question?

I was thinking about getting a hi flow cat from dezod.com to use with the factory exhaust. Has anyone done this, and is the random tech easy to install? It says everything should still be legal and stuff. Any gains?

Yes it will bolt up to your OE exhaust without an issue.

Super easy to install. Literally 1 hanger & 5 bolts.

The cat on there is a fully functional cat, not a testpipe & will allow you to still pass emissions testing. It will provide gains in the mid-range & top end when installed.

What about the magnaflow hi-flow cat? I have one of those to get installed... is that bolt on or weld-on?

Is the diameter of the piping the same as the stock exhaust...? Thanks!

my anwser is, yes it will still let you pass emissions i have a highflow and i still pass with out any problems. and yes your exhaust will be a bit louder i would say about a 4-10 decible increase depending on what muffler you have.

damn...10 decibles louder possiblity...thats freaking alot louder....so if somone wants a high flow cat but the exhaust to not be any louder, then put a bigger resonator on it?

Those are weld on universal cats. These are direct fit, no modifications needed.
