yeah it's just the intake tube sucking in the remaining air after you shut off the engine. you can hear it if you listen to the stock intake box, but the sound is more 'defined' wiht an an aftermarket intake.

02 lx no gains.. wouldnt have noticed any loss of low if people had not mentioned it so much.. it still may verywell all be in my head..

only real changes are more room in my engine bay and a nice low noise at 2800+rpms... besides that... nothing

yeah, I'll agree that it doesn't do much but I think it sounds decent not to mention I didn't lose anything in the low end like some of these other people did.

Did anyone else have a problem with the temp. sensor not quite sitting in the tube right??

king of 42o is an unknown quantity at this point
well if u use the rubber grommet that comes with the intake it will sit properly.

Well, the problem that I'm having is that the sensor is sitting at an angle because the wire connected to it isn't long enough for it to be in there all the way(or in straight). now I've already cut the wire ties the hold those wires down to give me more length in the wire and the intake tube is sitting as far down as it can go.
