I need help with my shift **** and my head lights

First off i would like to mention that i have read threw the forums and i realize there are SEVERAL posts reguarding changing the stock shift ****. HOWEVER, in these posts everyone mentions that you can go to your honda dealer and get the little clip that keeps your boot attached to your after market ****. HOWEVER i went to my dealer and this "part" DOESNT EXIST... they laughed at me. I was hoping somone could help me out, i really want to put an after market shift **** on.

ALSO, about 6 months ago i bought the TYC projector head lights off a buddy of mine. He has a 2001 civic coupe, and i have a 2002 civic coupe. I figured both cars are the same, so i bought his head lights off him. Fortuanetly i was right, and the head lights did fit my car, HOWEVER the only problem is that my stock sockets that hold in my turn signal bulbs are not the same size that the tycs use..... so currently my bulbs in my head lights are dangling around loose... i was hoping somone knew where i can get the sockets that are used in the TYC head lights.

civic2k2 is an unknown quantity at this point
The clip to hold the boot up does exist but I think you have to get it from a Acura dealer. Im to lazy to load the Acura catalouge and look. Greg at Hondawerx sells them I got one from him at one time for the same price as the dealership.

the TYCs should have come with their own bulbs/sockets for those holes...
you should only need to plug in the lead to them
