need some ideas and knowledge
I have a 2001 honda civic that I want to to upgrade to make my car sound louder and to get more horsepower and pickup. I have around $600-700 that I can spend within in the next week. I need some ideas on what to on my car first, before anything else, that would give me what I am looking for. please reply with ideas. I would greatly appreciate it
