Im about to install racing seats into my coupe but i have factory side air bags. is there any way that i can do this without having the srs light on all the time? like a fuse kit or somethin

I put seats in my car. I dont have the side airbags but my SRS light is always on. I talked to a dealership about it. It was awhile ago and i can't remember what there answer was, but they did say that if you wreck and your airbags dont go off and if you have someone else in the car that they can subpoena you (and more than likely win).

You know what i did? Nothing, pu t the seats in and drive with that knowledge and dont tell anyone about it.

hah easy.... I installed Tenzo Racing seats into my coupe! just transfer the wiring over by using the same seat belt holsters....If you just got harnesses than you got a prob... I would just remove the SRS light from the console alot easier!
