Losing power
I installed Apexi V-AFCII Special Edition and Air/Fuel Ratio. When i first start up the engine it acts like it's gona die and loses power you have to rev it up. For the Apexi i have sensors in 6 out 6 and vtec type 3 and the throtle arrow going to top right. Did anyone else have the same problem ? Or know how to fix it.

I'll post initialization settings when I get home tonight. I'm guessing you didn't input the initial settings before starting the car...or didn't wire it properly. Is this on a new civic? I installed mine and it's fine. It should not affect the car if you set it up properly.

Did you do all this before starting the car for the first time? If not, you need to disconnect the battery for a bit to reset it, then try the following.
Compliments of Norrinradd:
As far as initial setup...
Just before doing initial setup, while turning ignition on press gas pedal down for 10 seconds, then release for another 10 seconds before moving on to initial setup settings step. This step takes care of step 6 below...
1. Sensor = 06 & 06
2. Cylinders = 4
3. Throttle Voltage = automatic
4. Throttle Type = Arrow pointing NE
5. VTEC Type = 1
6. See above...
7. VTC = N/A
8. Turn off ignition and your settings get saved
