split fire plugs sucks
guys do u knwo the world famous plugs makking company SPLIT FIRES are making plugs which can damage ur car (and it happened to my car) . i live in pakistan where streeet racing is totallly legal and its emerging day by day...i have a honda city 1.3 SOHC (having 95 bhp stock) and i installed a dual VTEC,ported polished head, bigger TB,4-1 headers,MSD,plugs(split fires) and wires cold air intake and exhaust tooo and it pumps 290 bhp now..... well on a sunday when racing my car went totallly powerless and when next day i got my car checked we came to know the SPLIT FIRES TRIPPLE PLATINUM PLUGS got melted (which were installed 5000km before and the factory gives a warranty of 100000 kms and due to the melted metal from the plugs my valves got ****ed up toooo

Wow 290hp are you sure. Hard to believe that your engine makes more HP per liter than a S2000 that makes 120hp per liter. You have an engine that you clam to make 223hp per liter. 1.3 SOHC VTEC will never make 290hp. Even if you are running nitro methane gas. Melting spark plugs that is very uncommon you probably had detonation in your engine. Your compression ratio is probably too high and you are running low octane fuel. Or those spark plugs are low quality or fake.

and really, im gonna have to call a second bs, because u started with a car that had 95hp, to get it up to 290 would be almost impossible.
and a third bs goes to teh fact that somehow your spark plugs melted and your car went dead, but u didnt hear anything. i think ud hear quite a bit of banging cause your 4 spark plugs wouldnt all melt at the same time.

Wow, if this isn't the biggest load of BS I've heard in a while.... Look, jackass, there's a LOT of people on this site who aren't ricers. You on the other hand, are a ricer.
It's true: with enough money you could probably pump out 290bhp out of a 1.3 SOHC with 95 HP.
But here's another truth: No one, in their right mind, be it stable or non-stable, will ever put that much money into an engine that small to make it perform like the big boys.
By the way, BHP stands for British Horsepower.
