yeah the thing with that AEM CAI is that the bend is really high, so if you were to put a throttle body spacer in, the intake would most likely rub on the hood or not even let it close. Injen has less of a sharp bend at the top, you can see the difference between mine and Chico's.

I had no problems with mine I had the bypass and now its off. The only time u would get water in the filter is if u drive through high water, if the water is over the curb im not going through it

Chicohonda02 u have a lx/dx AEM CAI not the ex AEM CAI dont freak out, BREATH! urs does have two tubes correct? one is long and the other is small but it connects to the filter right. i have the same one but mine is polished. u might have to cut the tube or if u can fit the by-pass valve by replacing the rubber part that connects the two tubes, it might fit, but it might be a tight squeeze. hope this helps
