Engine Bottom Fully Covered?

Engine Bottom Fully Covered?
Never bothered to look when my Civic was new and whether the bottom of the engine bay was fully covered with plastic shields. There is a hole now and I suspect the Jiffy Lubes guy may had removed something and left it open.
