Locks kit to alarm

Locks kit to alarm Now, with an aftermarket auto lock kit I picked up I was wondering..
1) how much someone would charge for installation? I'm not too good with all the electrical stuff yet.
2) Would adding OEM Door lock handles from an EX(lets just say) change things? Can this be done or is there something different that would have to be done or added?
3) Since an alarm will be added afterwards. Would I be best to wait and get the alarm and get everything installed at once?
-I've looked at the DIY on autolocks, and figured it be giving more trouble them it should, that's why i'm posting this guy here.
