help me get my endlink bolts off

help me get my endlink bolts off

i recently got the rsx rear anti-sway bar. im trying to get my endlink bolts off and those things wont budge, my hands are all soar from the pressure of trying to get them off, ive tried several coatings of wd-40, anybody have any suggestions, i was thinking about getting an allen wrench with a long handle for more leverage, i dunno, anybody?

buy like a $4 metal pipe from home depot. Put it over the end of the wrench and pull. Try having a friend hold the wrench in place while you kick it.

WD-40 then let it sit for about 1/2 an hour. Hold the allen wrench still and just turn the nut. Once you break it loose it gets a lot easier. I don't remember them being very difficult to break loose though.

thanks for the responses, but just to make sure im turning it the right way, i start with the wrench attached to the bolt at the bottom and then bring it up to the right... right?? lol

Counterclockwise when facing the part of the bolt that has the allen key slot.

i think i ended up wedging my allen wrench up against my spring so it wouldnt move as i kicked the b'jesus out of my wrench...and alas...she spun loose
