stock engine, stock intake manifold, stock cam and, no headwork. The best setting is stock 0 degrees until you do one or more of these things then leave it a zero.
With no other head work and no other forced induction just some bolt one and leaving the setting at 0 did you even feel anygains or is there any i thought the only gains you got out of a cam gear was with some other work done (mainly head work) and retarding the timing a little is when you get gains . i could be wrong am i ?
move the power band down, 2 degrees retarded is the average setting. the cam is lighter than OEM
What would you retard to if you have header, straight pipe, intake,
pulley.... because i am planning on to pick up one...

hey guys, i think you really need a dyno to properly tune cam gears to find out what setting is right for your specific car. every car is different.

different cars have different motors, operating in different tempature, and conditions. one setting doesn't work for all. nothing works that way in a car anymore
woo hoo!! im right! oh yeah...
