Thermal and HKS rear section
Heres two axles back mufflers:
I have thermal (discountinued), as you can see the whole muffler system, for imo is kinda ugly..but same as HKS, both hangin low, so anyone know if i go to the muffler shop then askin them to bend the pipe or anything to redo the muffer system a little bit higher to set the tip close to the bumper, is that work out for me?
i already tried to put on the shorter rubber hanger, not work, cuz that axles bolted it too tight to the stock pipe, so i'm thinkin to bend the axles pipe, so is that goin affect the air flow, cuz the exhaust design like that? if not, i'm gettin somethin that fit nice to the bumper..
need help, i really wanna hide the system at least half way.
thanks,

I have a thermal rear and love it. Best exhaust ever. It does hang a little low and I've even scraped a couple times coming out of steep driveways. I'm hoping the OEM rear lip will make it look higher, but a muffler shop should be able to raise it as well.

i think is not good if i just bend the hanger, i tried to push up by hand, cuz thermal rear section bolted to stock pipe, so the two pipe that join point might have lot of pressure or movement goin
well, i'm goin visit the local muffer shop this weekend, ask them if they could something about this ........

I don't auto cross but my Mozart rear section is shifted to the left as well, I also bought a new midsection and that really made it shift after some time.

The muffler shop wont touch your piping, they WILL bend the hangers...something you can do yourself...If you had searched you would know alot of members have allready done this.

ya just bend the hangers. you wont be putitng too much pressure on the point where the two pipes come together because there is plenty of play in the pipes as it is. just unbolting the midpipe from the cat when i installed my exhaust, i could damn near move everything all the way up to the header. the exhaust is built to have some play in it. you will be fine if yu bend the hangers.
