My car vibrates

My car vibrates
Hi all ,
I am new to civic forum and I need you help for some mechanical issue on my car.
My car is civic 2008 and it's vibrates aggressively when I just turned it on and it still cold. that happens when the gear is on P or R , if i put it on D it still vibrates but very slightly.
The vibration start to be slight when the car become warm.
They told me on agency the last 2 services that the right engine mount is weak but there is no need to change now, and that issue starts from just 1 week and the car wasn't vibrate aggressively like that before . So it is damaged now or it may be something else? . Has any one faced this issue before?.
