vibrates when cold start!

vibrates when cold start! when i sart my car in the morning. i feel a vibration for few seconds then it will stop,then vibrates again & on& on until engine warms up! is anyone having the same problem? honda won't do anything cuz they said i have an aftermarket exhaust & intake!

it is probibly thermal shock on the exhaust (pipe going from cold to hot)
I'd visually check the intaketo see if it is tapping against something though
