Its time to change my transmission fluid and anti-freeze. when I go to the local shop to buy this which name brand should I be looking for? and how many of these stuff do I need? I have a automatic just incase that helps. Thanks.

Rep Power: 253 I went to my Honda dealership and picked up 3 quarts of Honda ATF, cost like 45 bucks for both the fluid and the service to have my car flushed and replaced had it done at 42K mi

Rep Power: 0 Motul Motylgear 10w40, you won't be disappointed. A little heavier than the oem stuff but if you have any grinds this stuff will make a difference. Give it a try! Designed for japanese transmissions!!! If you need some pm me and I can point you in the right direction.

Rep Power: 289 how many gallons of anti-freeze do I need from the honda dealer? and how many quartz of transmission oil will I need also?
