I went to my Honda dealership and picked up 3 quarts of Honda ATF, cost like 45 bucks for both the fluid and the service to have my car flushed and replaced had it done at 42K mi

I asked for a quote from the dealer and they said $100 for all the fluid and labor for the tranny and coolant.

Motul Motylgear 10w40, you won't be disappointed. A little heavier than the oem stuff but if you have any grinds this stuff will make a difference. Give it a try! Designed for japanese transmissions!!! If you need some pm me and I can point you in the right direction.

There are other coolants on the market that would work just fine. But the way i see it, why not just use honda's since it doesn't have to be changed often.
