OK ...I found the DIY. Just a few ?'s would it be alright to use the plasti-kote honda silver paint? did you primer anything? what clear coat would you suggest? ( i dont have the funds to have it done) did you use paper when you taped it off or did you tape over the whole thing (the places you weren't painting?

hey pearl and aem i found out bout that car show that is going on in gulfport. it will be the 21st and 22nd of june. at the rice pavilion on the beach at the end of hwy 49. and thats for anyone else that wants to go and show there cars also. if you need a flier pm me your address and ill send you one with instructions on how to get there. i wont be there, ill be at work. so let me know who want directions to it. lata

I wouldn't recommend anything other than professional quality paint matched to the color of your car. This is the exterior and it's gonna be exposed to the elements 24/7. You can pick up a pint of whatever color paint your car is from napa for about 40 bucks. The clear should be top of the line. I used no primer because you aren't trying to seal anything or fill anything and that just adds to thickness. I used thin line tape to get around the curves and masking tape for the insides. Hope that helps man.

Also jimmy, Jeff has the rest of his kit and he got his m3 mirrors and eyelids in as well so he is gettin that all painted, also he is doin Andy's taillights cause that is the phatest setup i have ever seen!!

Im ordering the Bomex kit as soon as i can click the BUY button, and should be all setup by the May meet...sooo NaUgHtY!!

yeah , i've seen some of the parts of JW's setup. the only question is WHEN is it all gonna get put on ? a turbo does no good in the back seat of your car.

i work at walmart in automotive . pay starts at 6.50 per hour and goes up pretty quick.
