New to the fourm but HandA Accessories have PDF's of how to install (From the Honda Civic Manual) factory fog lights. This is the one I used: http://www.handa-accessories.com/civic/04-civfogex.pdf

Some of what the PDFs covers is very useful, but unfortunately the wiring harness on ebay kits varies widely and that's the stumbling point for many people.

I also used this pdf and I was able to figure it out. I did stumble once it came to the wiring but fortunately it was as simple as tapping into the cig lighter and I was done.
