Hey,

Last May I got a '95 Honda Civic EX because I had always wanted a Honda Civic, but sad to say it has been totaled as of last Friday due to being rear-ended on the 101 freeway by an unlicensed person driving a company vehicle. I am in the process of looking for a new car. I think I found one (a blue 2000 Honda Civic Si), but I want to do a complete vehicle history report on it to make sure everything is OK with the car. I found from the CARFAX report done by my insurance, that my original car had been in 3 or 4 previous wrecks before I had even owned it and I didn't even know. If any of you work at or know someone who works at a dealership who could get me a free detailed CARFAX report with their membership that would be awesome! I have the VIN # if anyone can. You can always buy a month long membership to carfax... investing 20 or 30 bucks to be sure your car purchase isnt a lemon is a decent investment as far as I'm concerned. But your right, there is nothing wrong with asking if anyone already has a membership.
