whats shakin
sup people, after years of being out the scene im back
it was in 04 that i lost my beloved gsr to theives, they rapped her of everything, and all my hard work an money went down the drain, so i picked up a 05 mazda 3 to replace the 98 gsr..
had the 05 mazda 3 from nov 04 to august 05 then traded it in for a beast, 06 magnum..
through those years i kept my beater though, a 94 bubble with 180,xxx miles on it, well i just got rid of hte bubble for 1250.00 and bought my lady a 02 civic dx for her to get around in..clean lil car, about 120k on it , picked it up for 4200..
put new gr-2 struts up front, pads and rotors, alignment, now i just need to get rid of the crappy 14's or 13's thats on there and are all out of balanced and get her some nice 16 inch wheels or a clean set of special edition wheels with tires..
well thats it for now, been lurking here for about 2 weeks since having the car, and registered today...
i was always on t-i.net back in the day, as teg your it, which i see someone has used on h-t.but its not me so dont get me confused, lol
see ya around this great informative site..

Re: whats shakin
You're just wondering how to change them? Simple.
The type of bulb is an H4
1. Pop the hood.
2. Unplug the cable from the back of the bulb.
3. Remove the weather stripping (rubber seal) There should be a lip on it that you can grab a hold of and pull it.
4. Unfasten the retainer clip by pushing in (toward the front of the car), sliding it to the side, and releasing.
5. Remove the old bulb. Take note of it's position.
6. Without touching the glass part of the new bulb insert the new one in the position of the old one.
7. Refasten the retainer clip
8. Install rubber seal, make sure you press down all the way around the bulb, triple check.
9. Plug in harness.
10. Good to go.
Note: You might have to lift up and move the clutch reservoir (red cap) to the side to get the drivers side taken care of. Careful not to pull too hard and mess up the hoses.

Oh. It's been so long since I've been inside the dash. I don't remember which bulbs are in there. Do you have easy access where you can take a picture? I'm sure those bulbs aren't dealer only.
